About Joe
I spent more than 30 years leading in international analytical science and enterprise software businesses, including senior commercial and marketing roles across Europe and Asia.
Much of my career was spent in laboratory technology, life sciences and analytical instrument markets, working with highly capable people in complex, high-pressure environments.
I understand the strengths that technical experts bring to leadership. I also understand the difficulty of stepping back from the work when your credibility has been built on knowing the answer, solving the problem and delivering under pressure.
